Why is it that in public transport, the people with the least interesting music are the ones who insist on sharing it ?
Either they subject their ears to an obscene volume so everyone can follow the tune, or they carry out a little radio out in the open – preferably with a really bad sound. Lately there’s been mp3s on phones.
Lovely on a monday morning:
- hardcore techno
- netherland boombox dance
- gangsta’rap
- crooner hits from the middle east (as bad as ours, alas)
Maybe they actually believe they’re educating the public. Probably they just don’t care. And you just can tell that talking to them would have no effect whatsoever.
